- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear flat-rate pricing for many standard services like TV mounting, faucet installs, or door replacement. However, some projects are more custom or creative — like carpentry, patching unusual walls, or fixing previous poor work — and in those cases, we charge $70/hr (2-hour minimum). You’ll always know before we start whether it’s a flat or hourly job. No hidden fees. Just honest, clean work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond fast — usually in under 2 minutes. We’ll ask for photos and a short description, then give you either a flat price or hourly estimate. Once approved, we lock in the time and show up ready. Simple, fast, and clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience with residential handyman work — including electrical, carpentry, drywall, and installations. Every project is treated as if it’s in our own home — clean, careful, and by the book.
