- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally the prices are listed, unless we agree a customized order or if you order several services at once, then discounts may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the customer describes the details of the work then we provide a consultation asking additional questions and discuss the final cost and time of work as well as the schedule. After approval of all the details our employee goes to object.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on the subject of the work, our stuff has certain qualifications, such as electrician or welder, etc.
