FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY PRICING as I build my Thumbtack presence. My services are priced at an hourly rate. For larger, multi-day projects exceeding 40 hours, discounted packages are available upon request. Here is what to know before booking: - Reach out to schedule a free consultation call or video chat. We'll get to know each other, talk through your needs, pain points, and goals, and figure out how hands on you'd like to be in the process. - A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking and is fully applied toward your services. - Travel beyond 30 miles from Boca Raton is subject to a flat $50 travel fee. - Shopping for organizing products (online or local) is happily accommodated at the standard hourly rate. Deposits are fully refundable with 72+ hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours require the $200 deposit to reschedule, as your time is reserved specifically for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation call or video chat to get to know each other, talk through your goals and pain points, and figure out how hands-on you want to be. From there, I put together a proposal outlining the hours, sessions, and investment needed to get you where you want to be. Once you decide to move forward, we schedule a start date. Depending on the space, I may suggest a few organizing items to have on hand before we begin. On session day, we remove everything from the space together and decide item by item what stays, gets donated, or goes. Everything you keep gets a home that makes sense for how you actually use the space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA with Honors from Bentley University and PMP and CSPO certifications, which means I bring a formal systems and project management background to every space I touch. My 20+ years in enterprise operations and program management taught me how to build processes that are efficient, scalable, and actually stick. I have applied those same principles to organizing, where the difference between a tidy space that lasts and one that falls apart in two weeks is almost always in the system design, not just the sorting.
