Manny is a fantastic painter and I would hire him again. He gave a very competitive price and did a great job painting the tall walls. He was even nice enough to replace a light bulb that burned out in a hard-to-reach place using the tall ladder he brought to do the painting. The best thing about Maanny is that he's a great communicator. He returns calls and emails promptly, and discusses the details of the job in a way that makes sense so you know what you're going to get.

I recently had my hardwood floors refurbished by Manny. The process and his professionalism could not have been better! The floors look fantastic and he was great to provide updates along the way in the three day process as I was out of town and my tenant helped him with access etc. He was always on time and incredibly available and helpful through the process in providing me these updates. The price was great and I cannot recommend Manny more highly! Thank You Manny!!!

5 years later, we had TLC repaint the back of our house again. We paid a very reasonable price and the work was done on time and within budget, just as we've come to expect from Manny. The underlying layers of paint were more than 90 years old, so this time we had them strip down the paint to the bare wood -- a recommended step that we'd ruled out in the past as being too expensive. But now, TLC has a high-tech paint shaver that does this job quickly and cleanly. We could not recommend this business more highly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to be fair with all my clients, and my prices are very affordable, I usually based on job demand, but also give the clients a chance to let me know their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe is very important to see the job at hand before giving an estimate, so I will schedule a time convenient to my potential customer, and I will see the job and explain all of the options that customer have in order to have the job done accordingly. I am very honest and fair to my customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction business all my life, I have hands on experience all that I do.
