Introduction: Over 500 hrs of training from the only Florida Dept of Education approved school. A former addiction counselor with many years on the job and in house training. I am trained in clinical, transpersonal, age and past life regressions. My sessions are usually 2 hours. Helping people to manifest and transform to their greatest good. I smoked my first cigarette at the age of 9 and continued for 57 years. It has been a long road. It was the year 1980 that I decided to stop smoking. I went for hypnosis in New York and it worked. i stopped smoking for 10 years, 1980-1990. My husband had stopped for 4 years but then started again. Night after night I would watch him smoke on the patio. One night I asked him to give me one of those stupid things. Well, that's all it took!! I led to 2, 2 led to a pack and I was back to smoking full time. I tried everything under the sun to stop again, a doctor's prescription, gum, patch, laser treatments, acupuncture, and 8 or 9 different hypnotists here in Florida with no success at all! I would stop for a few months only to start again.

500 Hours of Classes in Transpersonal, Interpersonal, and Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy Studies and Board Certified by the Florida Department of Education. Certified by the International Association of Hypnotherapist and The American Council of Hypnotherapist. In addition to my Hypnotherapy Training, I worked as an outpatient counselor and graduated from The Addiction Training Institute.
