I want to say thank you to Dan for everything. When he saw what I was referring to concerning my door, what I thought needed to done was not the case it was simpler. He also recommended something not be done because it would possibly cause unnecessary damage. Also, the cost was much less than what I was quoted by others.

I loved working with Dan and the team at Blue Crow. I plan to use them again for more projects.
What I had Blue Crow do: - Baseboard replacement - Wall and trim painting - Apply vinyl plan to small wall - Install light fixtures - Add already constructed frame to a bathroom mirror - Replace bi-fold doors
Why they were great: - They showed up when they said they would. - They kept the floor protected and were as clean as possible - They figured things out when there was an unexpected issue - Their work was top notch - it's not easy to get a clean line between two walls with different colors but they did it - Dan provided great input on lighting
I feel so more relaxed about other projects I want to do because now I have a reliable company to call and I don't have to go through so much research.

We hired Blue Crow to install a couple of bathroom fans and also to re-do the bathroom wall and floor tile. They were very responsive and we were very happy with the quality of the finished work. They offered suggestions and were able to finish everything in a timely manner. 10/10 and we will keep hiring them for all of our future needs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing calculations are over the cubic area to be painted (length, width, and depth). All discounts are applied over the final pricing. During the COVID-19 period, we are giving 25% off to new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to understand the customer desire and the scope of the project. We can estimate the project by phone by having the area size intended to execute the job. The final estimate is presented after visiting the project place to leverage the complexity of the work. After the estimated approved, we start removing any obstacles, taping, and protecting the areas we will execute the paint or design job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leaders have BSc in Business, Project Management, and Marketing.
