- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PuraTech always offers a FREE visual mold and moisture inspection to determine if further tests, restoration or remediation services are required. Also keep in mind the majority of the time these projects are covered by the property insurance and our fees are billed to the insurance claim, not the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will schedule a FREE visual inspection for mold and/or moisture. Each case is different but if an insurance claim has not already been started most of the time we recommend the customer work with a Public Adjuster to make sure they get the most money from their insurance claim and more importantly to make sure it is done right. Our services are dictated by the work the adjuster sees fit and all fees are paid from the insurance claim, we will never send a bill directly to the customer asking for payment. Our job is to get your home, business or other property restored as quickly as possible so that you can move on from your fire, water or mold damage seamlessly.
