I think it’s finally time to leave Jack his WELL DESERVED 5 star review !!! Jack saved my business!!! I have an airbnb property, it smelled when I bought it, and it continued smelling for 4+ years afterwards despite trying every trick in the book. I spent thousands on deep cleanings, professional mold remediation, ozone generators, replacing floors and furniture, you name it. Nothing worked, and I accumulated terrible reviews along the way. Our pricing varies depending on the type of odor and strength of the odor. I work closely with my client’s and am always willing to offer discounts if/when appropriate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking my clients a series of questions like the type of odor, strength of the odor, etc. Once I have a general idea of the situation, I am able to give my clients a quote for the job and get them on the schedule if they wish to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained personally by the founder and owner of one of the nations largest odor removal companies. I have been working in the industry for many years and have dealt with every Odor under the sun!
