Everything for the beginning was perfect! He was very detailed, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly responding to all my inquiries and questions. I had gotten a couch without knowing that the person at a cat! Omg! The smell was unbearable! He was very detail, knowledgeable, and guiding me through the process every step of the way. Extremely Reasonable price! He works with you, very punctual, and communicates clearly the processes. ! I highly recommend him Companies like this are very hard to find these day! He promised that the odor would be gone and he didn’t stop until it was completely gone! A+ 😊😊 Now I have an perfect non stinky couch ❣️

I called and spoke with Jack and he gave me the rundown and set an appointment. Bottom line - he did a fantastic job. He was professional and easy going to work with. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. he did a better job than other “cleaning services” and it cost me a lot less. I would absolutely recommend Master Odor Removal.

Jack was extremely helpful in making an appointment that worked at our convenience. We had some pet odor from previous owners in our new Car. We tried everything we could before calling but nothing would work. I watched the fog system they used after to get everywhere in the air conditioning system. Sure enough, the smell is gone, and we are very pleased with Jack’s service. They are great with calling back and being prompt and mitigating problems that I couldn't deal with on my own initial cleaning. I'd highly recommend them.

My wife and I spend a few months of the year here in Florida and after returning home this year we both noticed a musty almost moldy smell. My wife could not stand the smell. Jack came out the next day and the difference after the service is night and day. Smell is gone and wife is happy. Would recommend.

On time, courteous, full of great tips and available to answer questions in the future. I had a Mustang that I traveled with my dog in for years. Over time the smell of my dog definatley took a toll on the car. I found a neighbor who was interested in the car but told me I had to get ride of the dog smell first. Jack came out the next day. Very respectful young man and smell was gone and was able to finally sell my car. Highly recommend!
