He has been featured on The Today Show, Iron Chef and The Discovery Channel as well as numerous magazines such as Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Esquire, The New York Times and Southern Living. He is the author of the bestselling cookbook, Served With Style. He served as the Executive Chef at the Relais & Chateux Property, Mobile 4 Star, 4 Star Peninsula Grill in Charleston, SC.

Graham is a master chef. His food was not only a work of art but the tastes evoked feelings of pleasure and awe. He was friendly and kind with a fun sense of humor that wow’d my guests. I will definitely be having him back!!! Thank you Chef Graham!
