I'm meticulous about paying attention to detail with food preparation and presentation in making sure the end result exceeds my expectations. Where I stand out is how passion-driven I am about not only feeding people and having them enjoy my food, but also making them fall in love with my food. And now introducing...Just Desserts & Wine Pairing! The concept of this service is to provide in home options where those with discernible tastes can seclude themselves with decadent sweets, paired with the most finest of wines, liquors, cordials, beers and coffees, losing themselves in a moment of “ Just Desserts”. This service can also be enjoyed in social gathering settings such as birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, or any get-together with friends and loved ones. I truly enjoy taking simple ingredients, or discovering new ingredients, and transforming them into tantalizing, succulent and savory dishes that can cause ones mouth to salivate upon the mere sight of them or their tummy to rumble from the aroma of that dish. But what gets me really excited, and my reason for doing what i do, is the expression on my clients face when enjoying one of my meals.
