The vibe is great! The people who attend and trainers are awesome. This gym covers it all: body, mind and soul. They are professional and truly care about you for enhancing, maintaining, and/or rehabilitating. I find no two workouts are ever the same. The gym is super clean. The meditation, yoga and Reiki sessions were an added bonus which were amazing.
