Dennis came and spent a great amount of time working on the printer and fully explaining the process. Unfortunately, he came to the conclusion that it would not be cost-effective to repair the machine and instead advised to purchase a new or used one. He volunteered to assist in finding one at a reasonable price, which we took him up on. At the conclusion he advised he has a"No-fix, No-charge policy" and for all his work, there was no charge. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and experienced technician for ALL their electronic repair needs. I will, in fact, be using him to repair my Samsung Tablet.
