I have great experience in working with Robbie team:
* Robbie team told us what is the reasonable rent price we can expected after first on-site estimate, and we followed Robbie suggestion to ask professional photographer to take the pictures. we think it is really helpful.
* We think the propertymanagement fee is very fair comparing with others company.
* After posting on the renting websites, Robbie keeps on-time communication about the potential renters, and the background checking result, and provided professional opinions how to avoid potential risks.
* I found the good renter within 2-3 weeks after posting, and Robbie help to arrange the house cleaning and fixing some concerned issues before the renter moving in.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at 50% of first months rent and 8% ongoing fee. However, each situation is unique and we have a $75 flat fee option as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we determine if we are the right fit for each other. We are a boutique shop and we offer so much more than traditional management. Robbie is a licensed CPA and has 3+ years advising individuals and institutions on buying investment property. Jacob is a veteran when it comes to rehabbing and managing renovations. Our team is well equipped to handle management, tax preparation, renovations, transacting in real estate and helping you grow your portfolio.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Jacob and Robbie are graduates from the University of Florida. Robbie is a licensed realtor and CPA in both Florida and Georgia.
