- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at 50% of first months rent and 8% ongoing fee. However, each situation is unique and we have a $75 flat fee option as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we determine if we are the right fit for each other. We are a boutique shop and we offer so much more than traditional management. Robbie is a licensed CPA and has 3+ years advising individuals and institutions on buying investment property. Jacob is a veteran when it comes to rehabbing and managing renovations. Our team is well equipped to handle management, tax preparation, renovations, transacting in real estate and helping you grow your portfolio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Jacob and Robbie are graduates from the University of Florida. Robbie is a licensed realtor and CPA in both Florida and Georgia.
