We have transparent pricing on our website and offer investor packages for owners of 5 or more properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like having a brief phone consultation to discuss what the property owners goals are, the condition of the property, and other details. I will then provide the owner with a rental analysis which includes market comparison of similar properties and we will finally collaborate on a rental price before we go to market and fill the vacancy asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Real Estate agent in Florida and have additional training specific to property management and fair housing laws. I am also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
