Moving to Boca during Covid, I thought that finding a place was going to be impossible. I was referred to Joshua through a friend, and after taking a look at the inventory on websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com, I realized there was nothing that I liked left on the market. I met with Joshua for the first time via zoom to discuss what I was looking for, and during the call, he showed me six apartments that I had not seen yet, one of which was an inside listing. I really liked Joshua's inside listing and thought it would be nice not to deal with the competing market. I asked Joshua what the next steps would be, and in a matter of 48 hours, I was under contract and moved in 30 days later. Overall, I have never worked with a Realtor that worked so efficiently. I have referred many other people to Joshua, who have all been equally as impressed.
