DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I had to reverse my updated rating back to the original one star review and would give zero stars if possible, due to incompetence, poor workmanship, and what appears to be dishonesty by the owner, who told me over the phone that if I wasn't satisfied with their services I could hire another company and they would issue a refund. After giving them multiple chances to repair the leak they were hired for, they couldn't figure out the problem. I had to hire another company because Blues Brothers couldn't figure out the problem and took their time coming back every time I called to let them know the leak was still present. In the meantime water damage and mold was increasing in my home. Once the new company completed the proper repair I sent Blues Brothers 17 pages with 34 pictures of their poor workmanship and they have yet to issue the promised refund. I hired this company on July 10. Today is August 17. Definitely not worth the aggravation.

Hello, Our previous clients (including the clients that have not contracted with us) will almost 10 out of 10 times share that we are one of the most honest and transparent companies they have worked with, specifically in this industry. We share that fact because the review shared here is unfortunately dishonest and not transparent and we have no recourse in having it corrected. We did work with this customer; she stated a leak that was fixed by our company was still leaking but that was not the case. She called multiple times, we went to her home over 5 different times and there were no signs of any leaks. Our repair technicians went in the attic with moisture meters, no leak. We water tested, no leak. We went out after it rained, no leak. There was NO sign of any leaks but this customer insisted there was. She had another company (unknown company) go out to repair the leak that she claims she had. She forwarded pictures from this company that showed us no leaks, the pictures shared were just pictures of the roof with no evidence of a leak detected. She insisted that they fixed the leak but would not provide us any of the contact information of the company that fixed the leak, in fact she refused. We can always do better, we truly believe that which has allowed our growth as a local small business but it is unfortunate that we have a rating that shows the opposite of what one of our core company values are, honesty. Our team works extremely hard in providing the best possible customer experience.

Blues Brothers Roofing Company did an excellent job with our roof from start to finish. Steve Stepniewski did a great job from the initial call to the final touches. He made the purchasing process easy and simple to understand. As with all construction, there are delays for getting permits and inspections. Unlike the horror stories I have heard from others about their roofing company, Steve and the crew consistently communicated timelines and explained what was going on behind the scenes. Every text message and phone call was returned promptly with professionalism. The tear-off work crew was phenomenal. They were here early and stayed a little late to make sure everything was done to protect our house until the shingles could be put on. I am very happy to say, we didn't have any leaks the whole process (even before the shingles were put on). The shingle crew was just as good and did a great job. Our new roof looks great and all of the crews cleaned up the mess before they left. Thank you for a job well done!!!! I highly recommend Steve and everyone at BBRC. Photos are before (green shingles with wavy roof) and after with grey shingles with no waives.
