The job was completed in just two days by a crew that was not only competent and efficient, but also clean and respectful of my property. There was on-site supervision at all times to ensure the work met the highest standards, which gave me added peace of mind.

Reached out to Matthews Roofing due to a leak that needed immediate attention. Kevin responded within minutes and came by to provide an estimate. After reviewing the proposed options, Kevin and his crew were back the next day to complete the necessary repairs, even bringing additional personnel to expedite the repairs. Inspection on the work by Kevin was extremely thorough and are confident enough in their work to guarantee the work with a lifetime warranty.

Monday Oct 20, 2024 at 9pm, hours after it had stopped raining, I had a sudden leak in my living room tile roof. Next day, I Thumbtacked Kevin and he said he could come by same day at 2:30pm. He did - a very good start here in South Florida. Listened to problem, came in to see where leaking appears in living room, took pictures, went back out and took pictures, then after assessing the whole situation, he went on the roof. He quoted a decent price and said he could be here next day at 7:30am with his crew and they could handle the problem. There arrived, peeled back tiles up to the crown, repaired and sealed the underlayment, replaced and re-adhered the tiles (I had matching spares but they didn't break any - great!) They were done in about 3 hours, left a clean job site and Kevin stuck to his original bid even though the job turned out to be a little larger area than he first thought. I waited to review until after we got enough rain to see if the repair was good and YES, Kevin and his professional crew did a professional job. I will use Kevin at Matthews Roofing again for any future repair, and maybe a future re-roofing.

Everything from simple gutter repair to shopping centers but our bread and butter is single family residential for concrete clay metal and stone coated tiles. I love going into a community and working with the same HOA.
