As a veteran I was impressed immediately by the level of attention. To detail and professionalism displayed by this company to the point I thought are these people vets? Turns out one of the owners is! I was already immensely satisfied with the pricing and service rendered before learning that fun fact but it certainly gave me an additional warm and fuzzy about who I chose to give my business. Highly recommend these folks, while they are obviously a for profit business they’re not greedy and they truly work with you to get the job done in the way most beneficial for both parties. Side note I can only select three items so I chose i quality value and professionalism but they were absolutely punctual and professional in all our correspondence and actual work performed

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge any fees. We typically have discounts based on timing and material availability. Our pricing is competitive shingle 5/sf tile 9/sf and metal 10/sf
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone consultation to assess your situation, wants and needs. If we are a fit we then proceed to an onsite visit where we inspect, diagnose and educate. We then present with options. So the homeowner can make the best decision with all necessary information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certifications from GAF, Certainteed, Westlake, OSHA, and Polyglass
