John and Genaro were great. They took care of the crack in the counter and re-sealed a loose seam. The crack is barely visible and the counter top shines again.

What is most impressive about John's work is that he is thorough and has a keen eye for detail. The tile floors are now clean and it was a pleasure working with Family Marble. John took care to keep his eye out to ensure that every grout line and tile were in good shape and as clean as can be for a 20+ year old tile. Their process is multi-step and they work hard to get that original sheen on the tile. John is most responsive, punctual, and personable. The best part is that he looked a this project as if this were his own home, and that was most appreciated. I will continue to hire Family Marble to maintain the floors.
