CVSD,LLC, Carlos in particular, has been extremely reliable, and thorough in caring for our pool. Carlos responded within minutes to my posting on Thumbtack, with a good honest quote--which was an offer to look at the pool without charge to see what was actually wrong. The pool had been neglected for about two to three months and was very dark green. Nothing I tried for two weeks would help--it was getting darker.
I am typically afraid whenever a contractor comes to check out a project that I will not be treated fairly as that has been the case many times. However, Carlos was very thorough at checking out what the problem was and he worked diligently cleaning the filter, tiles and surface multiple times and using his brain to figure out which chemicals would work. He also checked all the equipment. The alternative would have been to empty the pool, do an expensive acid wash and start over. However, the pool is back in good use. I was so satisfied with the job he did that I decided to use CVSD,LLC for my monthly pool maintenance. AS of now, I give them a 5 Star rating. I will check back in in a couple of months and rate their monthly service also.

Carlos has always been responsive and helpful to my requests as a new pool owner. It would have been very difficult to manage the pool without him.
