About a month ago I decided to change pool cleaning services as I came to realize that my service provider was spending less than 7 minutes doing a cursory job cleaning my pool. I decided to give Florida's Best a try. I've waited a month to write a review since I wanted to be sure the service I was receiving was typical. I can tell you as a 26-year Florida resident using a variety of services, Florida's Best is by far the most professional and thorough service I have ever used. Matt and his team are the best!

We desired a heater for our pool to extend the swimming season.I researched and had Florida's Best Pools come by and provide a quote (by Ronnie )along with 3 additional quotes from other companies . It became clear early on that FBP's was the correct way to proceed with our project not only because of the price but because of their caring attitude and desire to do the job properly from inception .Ours was a a bit tricky because there was not an adequate electrical supply at the pool equipment area . Prior to me signing any contract they had 3 people come over on a Saturday and spent 2 hours trying to determine an inexpensive way to get the electrical from the fuse box to the pool equipment . As it turned out there was No easy/inexpensive way to do it ( Adele Electric-also highly recommend did the electrical work). The project grew a bit on our own accord as the existing pump was loud and the filter housing was old and leaking , so we replaced both of those units as well .We also added the app with the ability to control the pump and heater remotely . FBP's also replaced all the above ground pvc pipes for a cleaner newer look at no additional charge .I was ripe to be upsold on a salt system but was actually talked out of it by Ronnie as he guaranteed he could get our Chlorine levels down dramatically and they did in a few short weeks .We are very happy with their weekly pool maintenance as the water is much clearer and has a softer feeling without chemical odors .Very Happy and recommend for any of the services we have experienced . an added note ; well after everything is paid for FBP's is incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions you may have even if not during regular business hours .

What a terrific company. Weve been a customer for a short period however; the level of professionalism, service, and care they provide is miles ahead of our prior pool company. The only question my wife and I have is why didnt we change to these guys earlier. Highly recommend them!!
