- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible and truly care about my clientele needs. Nobody wants to overspend of pay too much however I work hard and keep myself and my team updated with new trends, we attend seminars, workshops always open to learn and improve ourselves. Im licensed - certified and insured company as well. We are not the cheapest, but we are honest, work hard and keep our word always. We do not offer "month free try outs" or other "gimmicks" because we never compromise quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first and foremost check water balance chemistry to make sure you water is well balanced and sanitized then I go over every stage of water filtration systems, chlorinator if present, circulation systems and look for leaks, unusual noises, and give you a list of recommendations and plan action.
