Unfortunately we had issues from day one with this company. The owner personally came out to address our issues and assured us things would be handled properly in the future so we kept their service. After a couple months we had the same problems; bottom off pool was barely ever vacuumed and our tiles were NEVER scrubbed and cleaned. We recently hired another company who said the calcium build up on our tiles are so bad we would need acid to clean it and that would eat away at the grout so our only option is to get in the pool and razor off all the build up, talk about a tedious job. This was a new construction pool and ASP was the only company to maintain it to start.

Dear Victoria, Please accept our apologies for not meeting your expectations. ASP strives for a higher standard of service and pursuit of excellence. We would like you please check all the reports that we sent on your e-mail address with Chemicals Reading, Chemicals Added, Picture of your Cleaned Pool and Time we Serviced your pool on that day. You can check that the water chemistry has always been done correctly and that your pool was always clean and vacuumed after each service. We will always clean the tiles as needed. Regarding the CALCIUM unfortunately there is nothing we can do to keep it from coming back short of removing the tile and waterproofing the gunite. The GUNITE NEEDED TO BE WATERPROOFED BEFORE TILE BEING INSTALLED when it was under construction.
