Very unprofessional and tried taking advantage of me by sending a proposal that failed to reflect his original quote, then completely ghosted me when I called him out on the discrepancies - would strongly suggest you seek pool remodeling services elsewhere with someone who is honest and treats their customers with respect. I called Vivid for a quote to resurface a pool & stain a pool deck (was quoted $6000 for both, inclusive of some minimal cement finishing work). When I asked to forgo several parts of the quote, i.e. tile replacement that was not actually needed, he walked back on his original quote and added new costs for aspects he previously advised would be included. The biggest disappointment is that when I called him out on him not being honest, he proceeded to ignore all following calls/texts from me. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I met Miss Stevens 1 time. My company DID not enter into any contract. My father ended up having Covid19 and I had to not take on any other work to care for him. I sent only ONE contract to Miss Stevens for $4800. Documented. The reason for this review when no work was done or executed in writing makes no sense. I always stick to all my contracts once signed. And I am extremely fair and honest. I always go above and beyond. Considering the situation with a family member getting sick with a late diagnosis as well is disheartening and any non communication or questions should be understood as we did not enter into any contracted work period.
