FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly or fixed payment is discussed with me immediately. If it is a fixed price, it depends on the volume of work, and materials are also purchased at the client’s expense. That is, I buy materials, give a check to the client and he pays for all consumables, I do not take fees for this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a client is to collect as much information as possible about what needs to be done, to know all the nuances in order to be prepared for all unexpected events. And also so that the client feels comfortable. I take responsibility for his house or yard so that everything is in order and clean. I do my work in as much time as it should be, I do not drag out time and do not waste the resources of a precious client as many do. For me, reputation is more important than money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned everything on the construction site, which really helped me in my development, that company really helped in my advancement and professionalism. I am glad that they teach me in the right way.
