FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is quoted as a fixed price, so you know the full cost before we start — no hourly surprises and no scope creep. After a short discovery call we send a written scope with the price and timeline spelled out in plain English. Pricing depends mostly on the number of pages, how much copywriting and photography you need, and whether you want add-ons like local SEO or Google Business Profile setup. We do offer discounts, so it's always worth asking, especially for multi-service packages or repeat work. Ongoing support and hosting are quoted separately and clearly, so you're never locked into anything you didn't agree to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation — a call or message where we learn about your business, your customers, and what you want the site to actually do for you. From there we send a written scope with a fixed price and a realistic timeline. Once you're on board we move through wireframes, design, copywriting, and build, checking in at each stage so there are no surprises at the end. You'll have one point of contact the entire time. Before launch we test on desktop and mobile, set up analytics, and handle the technical details. After launch we walk you through the site and the analytics so you can see exactly what it's doing for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is hands-on. We've been building and launching sites for local businesses since 2018, and that day-to-day work across dozens of industries has taught us more than any single course could. Our team keeps current with the things that actually move the needle for small businesses — responsive design and accessibility standards, page speed and Core Web Vitals, local SEO, and Google Business Profile best practices — because search and platform requirements change constantly. We also study our own analytics data after launch, which tells us what really turns visitors into phone calls and bookings.
