I called Leo (referred by a friend) and he responded right away. Set up an appointment and he showed up on time. Detailed estimate received right away. Pricing and time frame were very reasonable. Gave Armored Impact the job. All dealings ie, forms, approvals, permits and inspections for condo association and the county were handled seamlessly by Leo and his staff and crew. What I liked best was, Leo said what he was going to do do and he and his guys did above and beyond what he said would be done. Leo is a great communicator informing you all along the way and stays in touch with his guys through the day to monitor your job's progress. His people are very professional, capable, neat and clean and very respectful of your property. They show up on time and give you a good day's worth of work.Leo has a heart and a brain and uses both very generously. When the factory screwed up on dimensions of a very large irregularly shaped triple pain window, Leo figured out a solution at no additional cost to me and saved the eight weeks time it wold have taken for the factory to supply the correct window. I know it cost him extra but he was a man of his word and did not try to nickel and dime me. Go with Armored Impact Windows and Doors. You'll not only get great windows and doors, you'll also get Leo. That's worth a lot.

The team was great to work with. Showed up early every meeting. Work was clean and quick. We had 6 guys show up to install. Everyone played a specific role in completing the install. I was impressed by their speed, professionalism and cleanliness. I would recommend them over and over.

Great quality products and customer service! Leo was very thorough, transparent and thorough with the entire impact windows installation process. He was also well-versed on how to quickly get HOA approval and city permit. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Would definitely use them again!
