Blossoming Lotus Yoga

i have taught yoga classes in South Florida for more than 18 years. My style of teaching focuses on proper breathing in all positions. I have had the extreme pleasure to work with students of all ages and levels of experience. I am known for my attention to detail and clear articulation. Students have always commented on my soothing voice and steady pace to which i teach. I aim to create a safe space for all students to feel comfortable being challenged and supported. As a trained Jivamukti Yoga teacher, my classes may include chanting, hands on assists, massage, relaxation and meditation techniques. I have a deep love and respect for all my students. My greatest desire is that my students begin to see themselves as more than their limitations and that they experience their personal connection to something larger than themselves. I love the opportunity to share and learn with my students. We are all striving and together we can go beyond what we thought was possible. My hope is that my students leave her feeling refreshed, renewed and recharged, feeling an inner joyfulness and peacefulness that they then can bring out into the world we all share.
