I loved my yoga class with Mo! The pace of each exercise was perfect, really helping me feel a deep stretch in each pose. I liked how he would break down the transitions and gave feedback that helped me understand how to improve. Overall, I felt very relaxed after class and plan to go again soon!

I really enjoyed taking a flow yoga class with Moe, and was impressed by his talent as a teacher, and his trueness as a human. Moe had the natural ability to guide the students through each pose with grace and ease, and his instruction was clear and concise. Even though his class was challenging tbh, it was equally relaxing, and I left feeling energized and refreshed. Moe you are a gem, and I highly recommend everyone taking your classes if they get the chance.
