We needed engagement photos while we were visiting Florida and had no idea where to even begin. Olga was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! She has a great eye and made both of us feel extremely comfortable! We were so excited to get our pictures back and Olga turned them around so quickly. We are thrilled about our experience and turnout of our engagement picture session with Olga! We are from Minnesota and were taking a short trip down to Florida, where we are getting married and Olga was able to fit us in on short notice and was very easy to communicate with! During the session, she made us feel so comfortable with instruction on various poses and, of course, made it fun - we LOVE our pictures! We were also very thankful for the quick turnaround time Olga had our album ready for us! We enjoyed her so much that we are also using her as our weddingphotographer! Would recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary on locations and hours of service. With photography, I do not limit the number of images you will receive. I always try to deliver the most amount of pictures, edited of course.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can initially contact me through thumbtack and share their needs. Once services are determined I send a contract and require a 25% deposit. Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, Credit/debit. Remaining payment is due at the beginning or the end of the session. After the session it can take 5-10 days for images to be edited and delivered to the client. The gallery is available to download for 30 days. It may also be shared and downloaded multiple times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to photography and videography I took a few courses in college which furthered my interested. Therefore little by little building up my skills to create memorable images and videos.
In college, I also minored in digital media design as it was always something I enjoyed learning and creating.
