FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Hingst Financial Freedom, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional value for your investment in our services. We charge an hourly rate or a flat fee. You will have a clear understanding of the cost of our services upfront, ensuring there are no surprises along the way. We will never charge clients based on portfolio size, business size, or any other hidden fees. As your fiduciary, we will never collect commissions on products or services we recommend to you. Our recommendations are solely based on what's in your best interest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients start with a free introductory consultation to make sure we are the right fit for one another. Next, we execute a client contract based on the services to be rendered. After that, the process is fully tailored to the client's needs.
