The Construction Managers built the space for my bridge club. What a FABULOUS experience. I had! They had a VERY short time-frame to work with, had to demolish 3 spaces and make it into one, and rebuild everything from the ground up. John Varsames was sent from Heaven! What a gift. He is SO organized. He updated me daily, had a list of things that needed to be done from my end every day, coordinated all the subs and any meetings, and accomplished his "list" every day! His crew and subs were amazing. So knowledgeable and respectful. All permits were issued and stamped on time, and all inspections passed on time with flying colors. In a time when a construction project can be a nightmare, John and his team made it a dream! Thank you John for all you do for everyone.

TCM updated my kitchen and the results were excellent--island was restructured, new countertops, backsplash and cabinets painted. The project was completed on time, with minimal disruption and the crew was a delight to work with. I'd contract with TCM again with no hesitation.
