- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes Sherwin Williams paint and all supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtaining contact information such as phone number and address of the project first as this is not provided by Thumbtack. Then I schedule a time and date to come see the project in person that works for the client. I provide a free estimate from there within 24 hours and am available for any and all questions they may have. Then we book the project for dates that work for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10+ years experience in painting and drywall.
