- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing through this platform is just a rough guess. That is why I offer free on-site estimates so I can see in person the details of what level of work is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet and look over their home as well as establish an initial connection. I believe every customer should be comfortable with the pro they hire to work in their home. So meeting and having that first discussion while walking the home is just as important as the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It may seem far from painting but I took Jiu Jitsu for awhile and the vast amount different people from all sorts of life styles taught me how to communicate respectfully with most anyone I encounter.
