Smooth Moving of SWFL is a locally owned, licensed, bonded and insured moving company based in Southwest Florida and serving customers throughout Florida.
We specialize in local and statewide moves, senior transitions, downsizing, estate services, packing, furniture delivery, pianos, artwork, antiques and other specialty items.
Local Moving average pricing : $140/hr, 2 hour minimum (inclusive of crew of 2 movers, transportation within 15 miles, professional padding, tape, and wrap. Disassembly and reassembly)
Crew of 3 movers: $180/hour, 2 hour minimum.
All pricing includes professional movers, truck, protective equipment, bed setup, and furniture assembly and disassembly when applicable. A fuel charge applies over a 15 mile radius from 34135.
Labor Only: $140/hour, 2 hour minimum. Includes bed setup and furniture assembly and disassembly when applicable.
Packing & Unpacking: $100/hour, 2 hour minimum. Packing materials additional.
Local Furniture Delivery: $140/hour, 1 hour minimum, generally within 10 to 15 miles of Bonita Springs. Includes furniture assembly and disassembly when applicable.
Piano Moving: In building moves start at $395 for spinets, $400 for uprights and $650 for baby grands. Moves requiring transportation start at $850 for spinets, $950 for uprights and $1,200 for baby grands.
We also provide custom crating for artwork, sculptures, statues and other fragile or specialty pieces, as well as professional TV mounting. These services are available at an additional cost.
Senior transitions, downsizing and estate services are a major part of what we do. We can coordinate estate item distribution to multiple family members or destinations, including packing and shipping when needed.
We also provide separate services for consignment coordination and delivery, auction pickup and delivery, donation delivery, and household goods disposal. Whether we are managing these services as part of a larger transition or handling an individual need, our team can coordinate the logistics from start to finish.
Pianos, fine art, antiques and specialty items require the right experience, equipment and handling techniques. Our professional team arrives properly equipped to protect your belongings and your property.
Based in SWFL, we are experienced with condos, gated communities, high rises, senior living communities, Certificates of Insurance and the unique logistics of Florida moves.
Commercial Moving: $140/hour within Collier and Lee counties. Includes a professional two person crew, moving truck, standard protective equipment, bed setup when applicable, and standard furniture assembly and disassembly. We handle office relocations, retail shops, commercial spaces, furniture and equipment moves, internal relocations and more.
Safe Moving: Pricing is based on the size and weight of the safe, as well as pickup and destination conditions. Stairs, access, flooring, distance and other site requirements may affect pricing. Proper equipment and experience are essential when moving heavy safes, both for the safe itself and for protecting the surrounding property.
