James responded very quickly and was very responsive. Arrived on time...like on time! Very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the issue not only for the dishwasher, I initially did the request for, but for a dryer and refrigerator issue. He gave a great price and came back quickly with replacement parts within 1.5 hours. I will recommend James for appliance repairs. Great service!

Had a problem with my oven overheating and called another company who misdiagnosed the problem, I then called Appliance Smart Service and they sent a technician (James), who showed up on time, was professional and good at his job. Within a few minutes of testing conceivable problems, he diagnosed what the issue was, ordered the part needed to repair the oven and a few days later called me to let me know the part arrived. He came to my home about a half an hour later and promptly replaced the failed part with the new one and the oven was fixed. My experience with this company and with James was as good as could possibly be expected. I highly recommend calling them if you have any issues in your home that need to be repaired.
