We called several companies when our unit stopped working. All time Air promptly answered the call and scheduled us within a reasonable period of time the same day. Their technician, Kevin, texted and called us when he was headed our way. He quickly identified the issues, gave us a full explanation and had the unit working before we knew it. We appreciated his positive attitude and the proficiency of his work. All time Air will be maintaining our unit from now on, we highly recommend them!

Excellent service all around. Jordan was phenomenal. Very straight forward, was willing to walk me through everything he was doing and wasnt pushy on upselling me anything that wasnt needed.Phillip also took my call late Sunday night when my AC went out and walked me through how to get it up and running at no charge.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC service.
