FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost varies with the size of the space, how it’s configured, the materials, and the number of custom features. For example, smaller reach-in closets generally cost less and large boutique-type closets cost more. A helpful rule: “more product = more cost.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a consultation, a designer will ask how you currently use (and don’t use) your closet, what’s working, and what isn’t. They’ll measure the space, bring samples of materials and hardware, and show preliminary design options via 3D rendering or by using Envision, our priority augmented reality software that lets you walk through your space.
