initial meeting everything will be explained which lasts about an hour sometimes more.

I worked in food service 25 years. from fast food to hotels an country clubs. I spent 3.5 years as a journeyman meat cutter, 1 year as a seafood asst. manager. I'm preparing to solidify my knowledge with a degree from at the Culinary Institute of America which I begin in January.
