- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 Diagnostic fee (this goes into labor at finished price) $30 Transit Fee (Pickup/Dropoff) $75 virus and malware removal $75 Reformat and OS Install $80 per hour labor cost (only applicable if session is more than 30 minutes) $50 Bootcamp setup and installation. (Copy of Windows must be provided)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to introduce myself and to gather as much information as possible. Promise a turn around time of no more than 1 week depending on parts that need to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Marine Veteran I have served our country honorably & have been involved with computers since 1983 (over 35 years), I constantly do training on the latest and greatest to make sure I can keep up with any customer needs. I am also ACMT Certified, and a Dell Premium Service Provider
