I made the mistake of hiring a different company on Thumbtack to clean our vents. They charged me over double what Universe Air Duct Cleaning charged, and they didn’t even do a good job! The work was so poor that I had to call another company — and that’s when I found Universe Air Duct. The difference was night and day. Universe was not only cheaper, but the quality was ten times better. They used modern equipment, provided before-and-after photos of every vent (something the first company never did), and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I’ll only be using Universe going forward — professional, transparent, and worth every penny. Big shout out to David and the team — they treat you like family. Please don’t make the same costly mistake I did.

Universal was very quick to respond to my message on Thumbtack. I was able to get the cleaning scheduled quickly. Roy was very clear with his explanation of the work that needed to be done and he was transparentwith all of the pricing. He was very detailed with the work and our A/C is like day and night!
