My overall experience with Joe was fantastic. He kept me informed during the entire project. The timer I purchased from Home Depot was defective, which we learned the evening after the initial installation. Joe came back the very next day, called a local electrical store, and had it replaced with a fully operational timer. Joe went above and beyond for me and I will call him first for all my future electrical needs. Joe provided up front and fair pricing.

Joe responded to me with in one hour. via my posting of the job on "Thumbtack" to set up an appointment to provide an estimate. He came by within 24 hrs of the job posting to to provide a no cost estimate for installation of two exterior GFI receptacles. His quote was very reasonable and came in lower than other estimates. He returned the following day and drilled through the cement wall(s), then routed wiring, and installed the outlets. Joe performed all of his duties with a high degree of professionalism and competency. He is a very personable man with a high degree of pride for his profession. I am hiring him again to install additional outlets within my home. As a retired 24 year senior service member & Veteran of the US Army, I am a good judge of character, and I thoroughly trust him. $69.00 Service Call (Special Price for Thumbtack Customers) which can be applied to work assignment charge. $79.00 25 point AC Service (Tune-up)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact Electrical Plus offers a free consultation and estimate. We Offer a special price of $65 for a service call to Thumbtack customers. The service call could be to diagnose a problem or for a repair, if parts are needed for the repair the service fee would be waived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Journeyman Electrician and Certified HVAC Tech.
