Stephanie is the best. We are in a new home and our dog got fleas at the doggie daycare. We battled with it for a few weeks until I was exhausted and decided to go with a professional and Stephanie had great reviews and performed way beyond my expectations. She is reasonably priced and did not try to sale me on extra services. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Our daughter adopted preemie kittens and unfortunately brought fleas with them. Called Stephanie at Ward Office and she seemed very knowledgeable and confident she could get rid of the fleas. She came right on time and was well prepared to spray everything necessary, under beds, in corners, on the walls where they fly. Stephanie was very forthright telling us we may need additional applications, but said there's a good chance we wouldn't. Either way, the second application would be at no additional charge which we found to be very fair and that's another reason why we chose her company. Hopefully we only have to see her once, we'll update later. So far so good
