FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For larger, multi-day projects exceeding 40 hours, discounted packages are available upon request. A four-hour MINIMUM per session applies to ensure meaningful progress. An optional 45-minute in-home consultation is available for $50. Travel beyond 20 miles is subject to a flat $50 travel fee. A $150 deposit is required to reserve your session and is fully applied toward services. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be thoughtful, efficient, and tailored to each client’s needs. It begins with a brief initial phone consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and timeline. An in-home consultation is available if requested or if the project would benefit from an on-site assessment. From there, we determine the number of hours required to complete the project, along with any organizational products that may be needed, including both online and local retail shopping. When appropriate, I may suggest simple “homework” prior to our sessions to help maximize progress and use time as efficiently as possible. Once the project is complete, I walk clients through their newly organized spaces, clearly explaining each system so it feels intuitive, sustainable, and easy to maintain long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business, with a minor in Accounting and Economics, along with specialized coursework in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. This academic foundation has provided me with strong experience in project management, time management, and organizational systems. In addition, I am a member of Organizer.Club, where I completed their comprehensive professional organizer training, and a member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), through which I have completed additional continuing education and training.
