DISCOVERY PROCESS: Your project begins with a one-on-one conversation where we learn about your needs and preferences so we can design a system curated just for you. We’ll take the time to learn about your lifestyle, interests, and budget or space constraints. As we learn more, we’ll better tailor the ideal functionality and capabilities for your system. 2. SYSTEM DESIGN: Next, we'll use the information from the initial discovery meetings to craft a system design that matches your performance priorities and budget. This proposal gives an overview of the subsystems for each room in your home. It outlines the features and functionality you can expect from lighting, window treatments, AV, and networking. We’ll review it with you and incorporate your feedback before moving to the next stage. 3. ENGINEERING: Once we have approval on that original proposal, we’ll use cutting-edge Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology and project drawings to create in-depth documentation for our technicians to follow. These plans include the hardware models, labor requirements, low-voltage wiring, lighting load specifications, engineering schematics, and rack elevations. By following these plans, we ensure the final project aligns with the approved design. 4. IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS: On-site, our staff uses the engineering documentation to lay out all necessary low-voltage wiring and device enclosures. With an understanding of each subsystem's unique requirements, our technicians install and test all devices to ensure they operate as specified in the original documentation. The process length depends on the project scope and any change orders. If we make any changes during this stage, we include them in the relevant as-built documentation. 5. SERVICE & SUPPORT: After installation, we ensure our clients enjoy a world-class service experience to keep their technology running smoothly for years. How can you enjoy optimal performance from your system? We keep all documentation for future service, honor manufacturer warranties, and provide ongoing tech support. Let us craft advanced smart home service plans for you that include 24/7 remote monitoring, network performance tests, and priority response times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As co-founder of JNR Consulting Services, Jarrett has led operations and installations across many facets since 2007. This includes using his extensive industry knowledge of equipment and programming to drive each project to completion. Jarrett is the driving force behind every System Design and Integration project, as there is no aspect or phase of any of the client's projects that Jarrett has not done himself. This gives our clients confidence that we have meticulously reviewed every detail in each phase. Each project includes a sales component, and Jarrett thrives on today’s technology, combined with Audio-Video, Electrical, and Smart Home Automation. Jarrett looks at a home and carves out a vision with the client, as there is an artistry to project design, and each one is different. Yes, the equipment and products may be the same, but the design and setup are unique for each client. Jarrett is very hands-on with each project, going on-site to review progress, provide advice, or make adjustments for the JNR team. Quite often, this allows an opportunity for each client to provide information as the project progresses, not just changes to be made but real-time feedback. System Design and Integration has grown to now 10-plus team members with the help of Co-Founder Nicole. Jarrett has been able to focus on Business Development, which has helped the company become a Premier Integrator. When he is out of the office, Jarrett spends time with his 2 daughters and wife of over twenty years. Boating, fishing, and traveling with the family also bring great enjoyment.
