Did an excellent job in a very difficult situation. He lowered a shelf in a cabinet that my new washer and dryer was in because a cord had to reach from the washing machine to the dryer to be plugged in. This was in a very small space and even the hoses were in the way of the installation. He was able to get everything where it should be and I was able to do my laundry when he left.

Lance installed 2 drapery rods, 1 drape, plugged some holes from an old rod installation and placed a line of weather stripping on the front door. He was very professional, confident and friendly. He priced the job right and finished the job quickly.

Lance works hard and knows his stuff. He was on time and got the job done. Just like the other reviews, he is happy with life and that is a hard thing. I will hire him again so he might to busy with me, but he will find time for you.
