Did an excellent job in a very difficult situation. He lowered a shelf in a cabinet that my new washer and dryer was in because a cord had to reach from the washing machine to the dryer to be plugged in. This was in a very small space and even the hoses were in the way of the installation. He was able to get everything where it should be and I was able to do my laundry when he left.

I contacted Lance to help with a door frame repair and he was great. He was very punctual and notified me prior to his arrival. He got the job done and helped with another project fixing my leaky sink. He was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have in my home. His prices were clear and reasonable. I plan on utilizing his service again. You won’t be dissapointed if you hire Lance.
