- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple package options and I am willing to work with my clients. I do not offer refunds for pre-paid packages. We will sit down and go over your goals and expectations. I will put together a plan for the you, the 'client' and go over everything about you. I will educate you, not only train you. I will put an enormous amount into a nutrition guidance as well we decided together that is necessary and I will give you a plan based in information provided by you. We will map out the cost, number of sessions, etc. You as a client can choose not to continue any time, but once the program has been started there are NO refunds. However, I will consider specific cases, such as serious injuries, permanent health emergency that prevents you from exercising. We can also freeze the sessions for up to 6 months if you purchased 12 sessions or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person or through video to talk about goals and go through important client information. I will email the client forms and work on a nutrition plan. We will have an assessment session and go from there on making a training program.
