I truly don’t know what I would have done without Stacy Rook. I spoke with other property managers, and none were as responsive, friendly, and on the ball as her. From the very beginning, she stepped in and took care of absolutely everything with so much professionalism and heart. Her personality is amazing—warm, kind, and so easy to connect with. I do NOT nickel and dime you! I charge a monthly management fee. I won’t up-charge vendor invoices or material costs.
