Management- Daily activities include; advertising vacant units, pre-screening prospects, showing vacant units, completing lease and getting the move in process completed. Managing on a weekly basis all maintenance requests and rent payment collection from existing tenants. Coordinating vendors and managing any on-the-ground team for maintenance and updates and overseeing the entire process in completion and quality. Posting payments in Yardi CRM system and following up on tenants with outstanding balances. Coordinating with various programs in rental assistance and/or other needs as they arise. Performing external inspections of all properties at minimum once a week to insure the properties are being kept in good condition. Other general responsibilities as needed.
